John joined Ormsby & Rhodes having previously held tax positions in Industry.
A Taxation specialist, John is a Tax Partner in the firm and supports a number of enterprises and advises some of Ireland’s most successful high-net worth individuals.
John advises foriegn executives in respect to residence and domicile tax issues and opportunities.
He also assists foriegn companies who wish to establish a presence in Ireland and advises them on the most suitable tax structures to meet their Irish and international requirements.
John has considerable experience in Trusts, Estates and succession planning. Income Tax, CGT, VAT and Construction Industry Taxes are also area that John has extensive experience in.
John is chair of the BKR EMEA Tax Committee has written tax articles for Irish and International publications.
