Ciara joined Ormsby & Rhodes in 2013 and was promoted to Partner in 2020.
Ciara leads our Corporate Services Department, advising on corporate restructuring, company law, company secretarial requirements and Directors’ company compliance.
Ciara has extensive experience in restructuring large and medium-sized group structures, together with implementing tax planning and succession schemes.
Ciara assists the Firm’s tax department with the implementation of both both domestic and foreign corporate structures.
Ciara also assists companies in establishing a presence in Ireland and deals with all areas of corporate compliance.
In addition, Ciara has vast experience in the areas of individual and corporate insolvencies, including creditors’ liquidations and receiverships.
