Sylvia commenced working at Ormsby & Rhodes in February 2004 as a tax specialist. She was promoted to tax manager in 2010.
Sylvia works in both the Income Tax & Corporation Tax compliance units. Sylvia manages her own Personal Income Tax portfolio. She also looks after the compliance of a wide variety of clients within the corporation tax department (i.e. SMEs, UK Companies & Irish Branches of foreign companies).
Sylvia has provided in-house training in relation to corporation tax compliance for junior and audit staff members.
Sylvia is a member of the Irish taxation Institute, Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and the Accounting Technicians in Ireland (AITI). Sylvia studied at Dundalk Institute of Technology where she attained an NCEA Diploma in Business Studies.
